Olivia's Model lifestyle shoot

I have been really lucky enough to have taken Olivia's photographs a few times previously, the last time was as a bridesmaid to her cousin back in July 2011.  This time I asked Olivia if she was up for me taking a few photos of her by herself out and about rather than in the confines of a studio, so one very cold winters day (sorry Olivia!) we went over to Bedford and the surrounds and took lots of photos a few of which you can see below.  Thank you Olivia, you were brilliant, already looking forward to the next afternoon out.

Gloria's 60th Birthday Party

Saturday 7th January was Gloria's 60th Birthday bash which she was holding at Hitchin Priory.  What a fantastic evening, Gloria had a 1940's vintage trio group and also a 2 piece Jive band, they were both really fantastic and certainly set the mood for the evening.  Some of the guests entered into the spirit of the evening and dressed in a vintage style.  I've posted a few of the photos I took during the evening.

























Louis's Newborn Photo Shoot

A week before Christmas saw the safe arrival Carly & Neil first child, baby Louis. I had been lucky enough to take Carly & Neil wedding photos in 2010 and then some baby bump photos of Carly a month before her due date - you can view the 'bump' photos here. You can imagine how excited I was to get the call to say Louis had made his appearance into the world and would I like to go to take her first official set of photos, so a couple of days before Christmas that's exactly what I did. I was greeted by a very proud Mum & Dad, they were both really natural with little Louis and will make perfect parents.

Just before Christmas I was presented with a certificate from 'The Best of Hitchin' as having been officially recognised as one of the best businesses in Hitchin - Thank you so much.



Sophie and Cerys's Location & Studio Photo Shoot

Back in November I was lucky enough to take photographs of Sophie & Cerys on location and then also back in the studio.  These photos were to be given as a Christmas present to their mum hence I have not been able to post these until now for the fear of ruining the surprise.
